Playgrounds are made to be durable and to last for decades, but they still get dirty! Dirt, debris, and graffiti can lead to unsafe and undesirable play conditions--in some cases debris can lead to early failure of equipment.
Extend the life of your playground equipment with routine cleaning. Big T Park Maintenance can handle your cleaning needs with our blower/broom treatment to free play equipment of debris, our anti-bacterial & sanitizing pressure wash for sanitation and revitalization, and our careful removal of graffiti. |

Debris removal
Gum, dirt, animal waste, food… you name it, we’ve seen it! And it doesn’t belong on your play equipment. We carefully check each play piece like your slides, tunnels, merry-go-rounds and foreign debris by hand. We also inspect bolts, hardware and moving parts for unsafe conditions. We’ll perform preventive care like tightening and replacing bolts and help you coordinate repairs for any issue that we can’t handle on the spot.
Pressure wash
Playgrounds are breeding grounds for bacteria and since they are constantly exposed to the elements of nature they can accumulate plenty of unwanted material. Twice a year we’ll come and perform our antibacterial pressure wash on all play equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
Graffiti removal
We’ll help your playground retain it’s value by removing graffiti, stickers, and spray paint. Our bi-yearly graffiti treatment helps parents feel comfortable and confident when frequenting your playground. We ensure that all of your play equipment is free from spray-paint, inscriptions, drawings etc.
Rubber surfacing cleaning & refurbishment
Regular treatments can dramatically increase the lifespan of rubber safety surfacing. We’ll not only clean your rubber surfacing but we’ll spot repair high traffic areas (like at the bottom of slides, under swing sets, around spinning equipment). We also recommend a yearly treatment of urethane top coat sealant. We do this to enhance original colors, reduce color fading, secure loose rubber pellets, and ultimately improve longevity of your rubber surfacing.
